About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our hard-working and friendly team at Lookers Bishop Stortford Land Rover. As a Sales Executive, you will be a key point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Achieve sales targets and meet minimum profit objectives
- Arrange and accompany customers on test drives
- Complete mandatory paperwork and processes as required
- Drive sales growth and maximize leads
- Live and breathe the brand, emulating a passion for driving and bringing excitement to customers' new car purchases
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a dedication to flawless customer service
- Passion for the motor trade industry and a drive to succeed
- Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade is preferred but not essential
- A full UK driving license is required
