Home Support Team Member

Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Home Support Team Member to join our team in Melksham. As a Home Support Team Member, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes.
Salary and Benefits: The successful candidate will receive a salary of £12.57 per hour, plus enhancements. You will also be entitled to enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour, as well as premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour.
Responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities will include providing personal care and support to our service users, administering medications, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for reporting any concerns or issues related to the care and support of our service users.
Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have a strong understanding of adult care principles and practices. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. A Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential.
