Key Job Functions
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to parents, visitors, and staff, adhering to school policies and standards.
  • Visitor Records: Maintain accurate visitor records, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and safeguarding practices.
  • Call and Message Management: Efficiently manage incoming calls and messages, distributing information promptly and resolving queries effectively.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with a range of administrative duties, including document preparation, record-keeping, and event coordination.
  • Financial Transactions: Handle basic financial tasks such as processing orders, handling cash transactions, and monitoring expenses.
  • School Communications: Assist in creating engaging school newsletters and oversee reprographic tasks as required.
  • Incident Reporting: Document incidents and injuries according to school procedures, providing essential support for First Aid arrangements.
  • Process Optimization: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reception and administrative services.
Salary Information

Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
