- Manage a portfolio of accounts across an agreed area, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to grow and maintain relationships.
- Conduct market research to gain an understanding of local market conditions and identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our products and services, adding value to their businesses through activities such as project planning and supplier contacts.
- Proven sales and customer service experience, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and confident attitude.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the construction industry, with a passion for sales and customer service.
