Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team at Huws Gray Group. As a key member of our external sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our wide range of products across our businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with customers, key stakeholders, and suppliers to maximize customer opportunities, grow and maintain relationships, and deliver excellent customer service.
- Be responsible for all customer activity within a defined area, while managing a portfolio of accounts across an agreed area.
- Find and develop new profitable business into the area's branch network and the wider business.
- Gain an understanding of everything that is happening within the area, both in terms of large-scale construction projects and local market conditions.
- Add value to our customers' businesses through activities such as project plans, supplier contacts, and offering advice through your industry-specific knowledge.
Requirements:
- We are looking for people with a positive and confident attitude, along with the work ethic to be an integral part of a winning team.
- You'll need to be hungry for the sector and have a passion for sales and customer service.
- You will need to be a good communicator and be great at building key relationships.
- Previous sales experience is essential, along with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- You will be resilient and able to manage your own activities effectively.
