As a key member of our Lounge team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. Your expertise in managing day-to-day operations, including rotas, team engagement, and customer feedback, will be crucial in maintaining high standards. You'll work closely with the General Manager to achieve our goals and make a real impact on the business.

With a strong focus on sales, team retention, training, and customer service, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction. Your attention to detail and ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers will be essential in achieving our objectives.

As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including overtime pay, staff food, and a 50% discount on food and drinks. You'll also have access to paid breaks, 28 days' holiday, and enhanced maternity and paternity pay after two years' service.

What we're looking for:

  • A proven track record in hospitality management, with experience in managing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • A strong focus on customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of best practice in sales building, sales and labour forecasts, paperwork and reporting, recruitment and HR, and NPS.
