About the Position
Roku is seeking a User Experience Expert to join our team and contribute to the creation of exceptional user experiences across our streaming TVs and devices. As a seasoned interaction designer, you will help us deliver innovative designs that enhance user engagement and drive business results.
The estimated salary for this position is $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and location. This individual will be responsible for leading the creation of user interface elements and interactions to meet business objectives. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers to understand requirements and build unique experiences.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design process, including concepting, prototyping, and testing
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users, their needs, and behaviors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design aligns with business objectives
  • Conduct user research and testing to validate design assumptions and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform design decisions
