We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Support Team Leader to join our team at PRIME LIFE LIMITED. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in leading and managing the care team to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage the care team to ensure high-quality care and services are delivered to all residents.
  • Review, assess, and implement care plans to meet individual needs.
  • Engage with residents in conversation, valuing their dignity and respecting their communication differences.
  • Administer and record medication as prescribed, monitoring drug doses accurately.

Estimated Salary: £27,600 - £32,160 per annum (based on 37 hours/week)
