Accreditation and Development Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Compliance Officer to join our team at SCA Care.
As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
This role involves collaborating with our Clinical Lead and Service Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote best practice and safeguard our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Providing guidance and support to staff on clinical compliance and quality assurance issues.
- Liaising with external partners, including the BACP, to ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
We are looking for an experienced professional who can lead by example and inspire our team to deliver exceptional care.
You will have a strong background in clinical compliance, quality assurance, and patient safety, with a proven track record of achieving accreditation status with a professional body like the BACP.
