About the Organisation

We are a 50+ year old charity dedicated to supporting local communities with their mental health and wellbeing. Our mission is to bridge the gap between the NHS and private provision, enabling accessibility to services before symptoms become exacerbated by long wait lists or not meeting NHS services criteria for treatment and support.

We deliver our services in person within our hubs, in the community, online, and over the telephone for a range of mental health presentations and diagnoses. As a result, we are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Clinical Lead Officer- Accreditation, Development.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and contribute to the growth and development of our organisation. If you are passionate about mental health and wellbeing, and have the necessary skills and experience, we encourage you to apply.

We require an individual with a strong background in clinical leadership, who can demonstrate experience in managing client caseloads, developing policies and procedures, and maintaining accreditation standards. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including service users, staff, and external partners.
