Job Introduction

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership as a Safeguarding Manager. This role is part of a collaborative partnership between Turning Point, Framework, and Double Impact, combining expertise in substance use, lived experience, and recovery.

Role Responsibility

As Safeguarding Manager, you will lead on all aspects of safeguarding children and vulnerable adults across the service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Oversight of safeguarding training and competency across the workforce in collaboration with local safeguarding boards.
  • Chairing Safeguarding Action Learning Sets to support staff with practice improvement and ensure oversight of safeguarding cases.
  • Maintaining a log of safeguarding cases across the service.
  • Coordinating and chairing a monthly Pregnancy Multi-Disciplinary Team Meeting.
  • Reviewing safeguarding reports, providing feedback, and coaching to drive quality improvement and support learning.
  • Attending internal and external safeguarding meetings and maintaining partnerships with stakeholders across Lincolnshire.
  • Care coordination and delivery of treatment to a small number of highly complex safeguarding cases where required.
  • Accompanying colleagues to safeguarding meetings where required.
