Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our UK team at Sapiens International Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering software solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the delivery of software solutions to our clients.
  • Document and produce project deliverables.
  • Ensure timely delivery of requirements, design, interface, and output deliverables.
  • Act as a consultant in requirement and design workshops.
  • Manage and engage with lead BA/project director/delivery manager on project deliverables.
  • Support product owner in defining and refining the backlog.
  • Review and sign-off assigned user stories.
  • Support development throughout the build phase.
  • Review test scripts and support testing.
  • Help define acceptance criteria and high-level estimates.
  • Work to Sapiens processes and best practices.
  • Provide clients with functional analysis and design advice.
  • Manage and participate in peer review activities.
  • Support the definition and management of user stories.
  • Support clients through go-live and assist in resolving issues.
  • Support and mentor junior team members.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a business analyst.
  • Extensive financial services project experience.
  • Customer-facing experience.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in supporting the design of end-to-end solutions.
  • Experience in implementing significant functional change.
  • Full project lifecycle experience.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites.
  • Good understanding of SQL/relational databases.
