**Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solution Architect to join our team at Svasti Global Limited. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge digital solutions that drive business growth and improvement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure new features are correctly designed and implemented as per business needs.
* Assess the overall technical impacts of enhancements and EAM integration requests, proposing appropriate end-to-end solutions and designs.
* Take ownership of ensuring all technical artifacts are up-to-date, allowing sprint teams to deliver features on time and quality.
* Drive the identification and remediation of technical issues and challenges that emerge through testing, removing any delivery blockers.
* Manage key relationships with business SMEs, other lines of services, and digital risk and security teams to ensure their requirements are catered.
* Provide technical leadership in asset and work management, enterprise mobility, and digital transformation.
* Support and prioritize the validation of product backlogs and user stories, identifying technical dependencies.
**Requirements:**
* Strong knowledge of mobile app design and development, preferably in a hybrid mobile application paradigm.
* Excellent communication skills and experience with SAFe Agile principles and practices.
* Demonstrable knowledge of Salesforce FSL, CI/CD tooling, and integration patterns.
* Ability to create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation plans.
