Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our HR team, focused on delivering excellence in process management and digital solutions.

About the Role

In this key position, you will be responsible for designing, documenting, and optimizing HR processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with our business needs. Your expertise in digital tools and AI will drive process improvements and elevate service delivery across our HR team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain HR processes aligned with best practices, ensuring seamless integration with our business operations.
  • Leverage AI and data analytics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement sustainable changes.
  • Provide comprehensive training and guidance to the HR team on processes and compliance standards, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Ensure all HR processes comply with GDPR, employment laws, and company policies, mitigating risks and maintaining regulatory adherence.
  • Audit HR processes regularly, addressing and resolving compliance gaps to maintain a high level of quality.
  • Proactively monitor process performance issues and develop targeted solutions to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders, IT, and external vendors to create scalable solutions that support our business growth.
  • Drive digital transformation efforts to automate tasks and facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive understanding of HR processes, policies, and GDPR compliance, ensuring a robust risk management framework.
  • Expertise in process documentation, analysis, and improvement methodologies, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools, AI applications, and automation for HR, streamlining processes and enhancing productivity.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication skills, to simplify complex processes and train colleagues effectively.
  • Significant experience in HR, with a proven record in process management and digital solutions, ensuring a seamless transition into this key role.
  • Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt qualification (desired) or equivalent, demonstrating your commitment to process excellence.
