Job Description Summary

In this key role, you will collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and customers, conducting pre and post-inspection of works. You will complete surveys for defects and repairs within properties, including DMC related works and structural defects.

You will also be responsible for quality inspections on completed works and assist in the preparation and delivery of Planned and Programmed maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
