As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development of highly scalable financial applications, working closely with stakeholders, product owners, and other technologists to create software based on an understanding of business and technical priorities. Your mission will be to create the best user experience in our mobile and web applications, building new products, and maintaining large, tested, performant codebases.

The Job Description

This is a Technical Director - Scalable Solutions position, requiring 7+ years of experience building highly-scalable financial applications, 2+ years of experience in a technical or team leadership role, and strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels. You will need strong experience in developing and scaling web & Mobile applications in React Native and APIs in Go or Java, as well as good experience in building and maintaining large, tested, performant codebases.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead one of our front-end engineering teams.
  2. Design, develop, test, release, and scale new products and features.
  3. Participate in future product direction and help build engineering roadmap.
  4. Contribute to coding, architecture for multiple projects and provide code reviews.
  5. Encourage innovation and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
  6. Manage a team of software engineers and manage their career progression and planning.
