Operations Manager Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Northern Ireland and Ireland. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all business operations, including procurement, project management, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of EV charging infrastructure projects.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver new EV projects, ensuring the reliability of the charging network.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, serving as the primary point of contact for customer escalations.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of engineers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
• Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure high standards in service delivery, conducting regular audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civils/Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management, preferably within the EV or renewable energy sector.
• Strong understanding of commercial and financial principles, with excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven project management experience with strong organizational abilities, familiarity with IT systems and data management practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
