The RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our sales function, you'll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities, while collaborating with our CRM team to drive growth and exceed sales targets.
As a Sales Development Representative at Tiro, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for science and technology. You'll be empowered to take ownership of your sales strategy, leveraging your expertise and creativity to drive results and make a meaningful impact on our business.
Our ideal candidate is a customer-centric thinker with a proven track record of success in sales development. You'll be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike. About YouWe're looking for someone who is:

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000, with progression to £37,000 per annum, plus generous uncapped commission. You'll also receive full training and development opportunities, including a Sales Executive Apprenticeship with a fast-track progression route to Client Relationship Manager earning £60,000 (OTE – On Target Earnings).
Our benefits package includes:
- 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Hours of work – you can choose your own hours, providing you're around when stakeholders need you, you're smashing your targets and clock up 37.5 hours per week
