About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will assist the Senior Sous Chef in leading the team to deliver exceptional food quality and service. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene and compliance, as well as contributing to the development of new menu ideas and recipes.
