About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our team at the Hastings Hotel. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will assist the Senior Sous Chef in leading the team to deliver exceptional food and kitchen hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Senior Sous Chef in managing the kitchen team and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Develop and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
• Collaborate with the Senior Sous Chef to plan and implement menus and kitchen operations
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives
