About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Bannatyne Health Club. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Sous Chef in leading the team to deliver exceptional food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Sous Chef in planning and executing menu items, ensuring high standards of presentation and taste.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and concepts, working closely with the culinary team to ensure innovative and appealing dishes.
