About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our team at the Hastings Hotel. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will assist the Senior Sous Chef in leading the team to deliver exceptional food quality and service standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Senior Sous Chef in planning and managing kitchen operations
  • Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and safety
  • Developing and implementing new menu ideas and recipes
  • Leading a team of chefs to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation
