Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Executive to lead our online commercial team and drive business growth through strategic planning, execution, and analysis. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering commercial targets and key customer metrics, with a strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet commercial targets
  • Lead a virtual team of cross-functional partners to ensure best-in-class execution across all customer touchpoints
  • Analyse key competitor execution, products, activities, commercial strategies, pricing, and portfolio strategy
  • Collaborate with digital marketing and web merchandising functions to drive commercial offers and customer propositions
  • Provide financial and commercial foresight to analyse P&L impact of sales promotions
  • Manage multiple projects and partner groups efficiently, with strong organisational skills
  • Deliver commercial targets and key customer critical metrics
  • Build strong working relationships with key partners across DTC, MX, and HQ
Requirements
  • Commercial E-Commerce experience within retail, technology, or FMCG business
  • Proficiency working on data analytics and reporting tools to interpret trends and make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge and experience of working with digital marketing and web merchandising functions
  • Financial and commercial foresight to analyse P&L impact of sales promotions
  • Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects/partner groups efficiently
