Job Title: Passive Fire Protection Project Lead

This Northamptonshire-based Passive Fire contractor has experienced excellent growth in recent years, making it an exciting time to join their team as a Passive Fire Protection Project Lead.

The role involves overseeing new build housing projects across the East Midlands, specializing in various aspects of Passive Fire (Fire Doors, Fire Barriers, Intumescent Paint and Compartmentation) across multiple sectors (Housing, Schools, Hospitals, Universities).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of new build housing projects across the East Midlands
  • Specializing in various aspects of Passive Fire protection
  • Working with multiple sectors (Housing, Schools, Hospitals, Universities)

Requirements:

  • Experience in Passive Fire protection
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
  • Excellent project management skills
