Nursery Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Team Leader at our Edwalton Day Nursery in Nottingham. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding care and education for our children, aged 0-5 years old.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Early Years Educators in delivering high-quality care and education to our children.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to promote children's learning and development.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the nursery.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the delivery of high-quality care and education.
- Hold an early years qualification at level three or above.
- Have demonstrable experience of working as part of a team in an early years setting.
- Have excellent EYFS knowledge and be passionate about enabling children to become happy and confident learners.
- Be able to inspire colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes and ensure their team feel nurtured, supported and motivated.
- An annual salary of £29,203.20-£31, when working 40 hours.
- Up to 50 paid days off work.
