Nursery Director

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our thriving nursery in the Nottingham area. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational and care experience for our young students.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and external partners
- Recruit, develop, and manage a team of childcare professionals, promoting a collaborative and supportive environment
- Ensure compliance with EYFS statutory requirements and safeguarding policies
- Lead curriculum development and planning to provide engaging, age-appropriate learning opportunities
- Maintain high standards of health and safety, cleanliness, and security
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and occupancy levels
- Conduct regular audits to ensure quality and consistency in care and education
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education
- Significant experience in a leadership role within a nursery or childcare setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and Ofsted requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- The ability to inspire, motivate, and support your team
