Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced healthcare professional to fill the position of Health Care Team Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for leading patient care and taking on differing nursing roles on the unit. You will also be empowered to utilise a range of nursing skills to support patients through a clinical admission, assessment, and ongoing treatment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead patient care and take on differing nursing roles on the unit
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients within the CATU and SDEC units
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes
The ideal candidate will possess current professional registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN), evidence of ongoing professional development, and a commitment to team working. They will also have the ability to undertake training as required.
