Main Duties
  • Assess patient care needs and create comprehensive care plans.
  • Provide guidance, supervision, and support to junior nursing staff.
Requirements
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Experience in caring for patients with complex needs.
  • Previous experience working in inpatient settings.
  • Ongoing professional development and adherence to best practice.

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
