Retain Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Salisbury. As a Support Worker, you will work alongside our experienced team to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with learning and physical disabilities.

Your duties will include assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication, and healthcare appointments. You will also have the opportunity to engage in various activities, such as:

  • Walking and exercise
  • Art and craft sessions

Day shifts typically run from 8:00-6:30pm.
Requirements for this role include:

  • A driver with own car due to location
  • Experience with Autism and LD an advantage but not essential
  • Physical Intervention Training (PBM, PMVA) desirable but not essential
  • Right to work in the UK
