Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled PA/Administrator to join our team at Victoria Infirmary.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the General Manager and Elective Hub Project Team, ensuring the effective management of daily tasks and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager and Elective Hub Project Team.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, and manage diaries with minimal supervision.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, both internally and externally.
  • Exercise discretion and initiative in resolving queries and issues.
  • Prepare and draft correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles.

A minimum of NVQ level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent experience is required, along with significant experience in a secretarial or administrative role.

Applicants must also demonstrate a commitment to quality and safety, as well as a recognition of the importance of showing respect, dignity, and compassion to patients and colleagues.

Salary

The salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
