We are seeking an experienced Personal Care Leader to join our team in a senior healthcare role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of care assistants, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.



Key Responsibilities


As a Personal Care Leader, you will be responsible for:



  • Managing a team of care assistants and providing guidance on best practices in patient care
  • Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual patient needs
  • Overseeing daily operations, including medication management and record-keeping
  • Fostering strong relationships with patients, families, and external partners
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, as required


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A relevant qualification in healthcare, such as NVQ3 in care
  • Proven experience in a senior healthcare role, preferably in a leadership position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
