About the Role

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will work closely with our team of Registered Nurses to deliver complex clinical care services in the homes of our service users. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personal care, support with daily living activities, and assist with clinical interventions as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support with daily living activities
  • Assist with clinical interventions, such as Tracheostomy Care, Ventilation Management, and PEG Care
  • Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses to develop and implement care plans
  • Communicate effectively with service users, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements
  • At least 3 months of care experience
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of our service users
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of others
