Job Title: Healthcare Assistants

About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our team in Salford and the surrounding areas. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to service users
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Preparing and serving meals and snacks
  • Assisting with medication administration
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to service users

Requirements:

  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and Handling
  • Medication Administration
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience of working with complex conditions, such as spinal injury care, acquired brain injury care, and tracheostomy care
  • Ability to work with a variety of care plans and protocols
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
