As a key member of our catering team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the culinary direction of our organization. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chef de Partie who can lead our kitchen team and ensure seamless food production. With a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration, we aim to provide a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.

Responsibilities include overseeing the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals, directing and motivating chefs/catering staff, and contributing to menu development. We require someone with extensive cooking experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £28,516 per annum, along with additional benefits such as company pension, discounted or free food, life insurance, and on-site parking. Our 37.5-hour working week, including 1 in 4 weekends, offers a great work-life balance and opportunities for career growth in a dynamic team.

Key Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in a professional kitchen environment.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Catering & Hospitality (Food Preparation & Cooking), or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Possess a creative and flexible approach to food preparation and presentation.
