About the Role

As a Chef de Partie with Sodexo at the prestigious Cambridge Discovery Centre, you will have a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Your passion for food and excellent organisational skills will be essential in driving the success of our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Culinary Leadership: Direct the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foods.
  2. Kitchen Management: Plan and price menu items, order supplies, and keep records and accounts.
  3. Quality Assurance: Prepare, produce, and present food to the highest standard.
Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • Level 2 or 3 Chef Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hands-on cooking
  • Experience in menu planning and production
