Job Description

Thor Companies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our global recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent across Scandinavia & DACH regions.

You will manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to placement, negotiating with senior level stakeholders to secure business and achieve targets. Travel will be required to build relationships and grow the business, as well as contribute to the development of new markets, offices, and industries for the company.

Requirements

  • Degree preferred
  • Up to 6 months experience in the Recruitment industry
  • A hardworking, resilient, and entrepreneurial attitude
  • Ambition, self-starting ability, and a strong competitive nature
  • Right to work in the UK

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
