We are a leading fertility service provider in Europe, operating IVF clinics and egg/sperm freezing banks in the UK, Poland, and Netherlands. Our mission is to provide patients with a memorable best-in-class fertility journey that leads to the best outcome starting a family.

Job Summary

This part-time position involves providing exceptional customer care and administration services to our patients. You will be responsible for managing initial enquiries, updating patient records, and ensuring that all communication with patients is documented.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promptly responding to patient enquiries via telephone/email
  • Managing patient records and updating the database as necessary
  • Ensuring that all patient communication is documented
Requirements

You will need to have excellent communication skills and experience working in a healthcare or customer-facing role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is also essential.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000-£32,000 per annum (depending on experience), a dual contribution pension scheme, and 28 days holiday + Bank holidays pro rata. Weekend and evening shifts will be required on a rotational basis.
