Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Residential Training Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and supporting learners working towards Residential Childcare Apprenticeships up to Level 5.

Job Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' occupational competency as a Manager within a Children's Home.
  • A recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
  • A Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET).
  • A Level 5 in Residential Childcare as a minimum.
  • Experience of delivering Apprenticeships in Residential Childcare up to Level 5.
Working Conditions
  • This role requires flexibility and good time management skills.
  • A Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle is required.
Benefits and Salary
  • An estimated salary of £38,000 per annum.
