Main Responsibilities

  • Greeting and assisting passengers with check-in, boarding, and arrival processes
  • Addressing customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Supporting premium customers with tailored, high-end service
  • Facilitating safe, secure, and punctual departures
  • Identifying and maximising revenue opportunities through ancillary services
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
  • Adapting quickly to changing situations, maintaining a positive and proactive demeanour

Requirements and Benefits

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • 12 months experience in a hospitality or customer service role
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English (additional languages are a bonus)
  • Aged 18 or over at the time of application, with the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK
