Job Title: National Specialist Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our specialist team in the growing later living sector.

This role involves working closely with existing clients, developing relationships, and establishing sector expertise within a national network of contacts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Establishing and implementing design principles for healthy homes and communities.
  • Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and excellence.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record in timely, pragmatic, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Proficiency in Revit and experience in the Residential Sector would be advantageous.

This is a national role, initially based out of Bristol and Birmingham offices. The successful candidate will work closely with the Specialist Living Sector Director and business development team.

Estimated Salary: 65,000 - 85,000 per annum

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Chartered status (MBA or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the Residential Sector.

Working Arrangements:

  • Base salary between 65,000 - 85,000 per annum.
