We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join our team at Bakkavor. As a key member of our Procure to Pay team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of invoices, payments, and query management.
Key Responsibilities- Process invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage and resolve queries and discrepancies related to purchase orders and invoices
- Perform credit and refund processing, and ensure all controls and governance requirements are fulfilled
- Prepare and analyze reports on Accounts Payable data, KPIs, and cash flow projections
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with a sound understanding of the end-to-end Procure to Pay process
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
