Job Description:

At Toolstation, we're seeking a Store Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer proposition, managing the branch, and developing your talents to become a leader of tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver great service by ensuring your team provides a great customer experience and drives sales through service.
  • Muck in by helping the team get the job done, checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, and cleaning the branch.
  • Inspire a positive mindset, build a culture of feedback, praise, and recognition.
  • Ask questions and build relationships by making sure your team gets the development they need to support future business growth and succession.
  • Lead from the front, coaching, motivating, and engaging your team to create a great place to work where engagement is key.

Requirements:

  • Proud track record in developing high-performing and engaged retail teams.
  • Hard work and passion for leading a team to deliver sales through superb customer service and amazing results.
  • A love of teamwork, happy to muck in and get hands dirty, and passionate about developing future leaders.
  • Customer focus, ensuring the customer remains at the heart of everything you do.
  • Relentless determination to achieve results, coaching your team to deliver.
  • Flexibility, be there when your team need you, understand priorities, and plan effectively.
