Store Operations Manager

About the Role
Retail is constantly evolving, and Asda Stores Ltd is transforming its stores for the future. We're seeking customer-focused leaders to drive service excellence across both the store and online operation.
Our Operations Managers play a crucial role in executing our future strategy, overseeing the leadership and profitability of our online operation, food hall, nights, and warehouse operations. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high operational standards within these areas, enabling a high-performance culture within their team.
As part of the leadership team, you'll work a three-week rolling rota, including weekends, evenings, and late nights. You'll be a crucial member of the duty management team, at times solely responsible for the store, requiring confidence in overseeing operations in its entirety.
About You
You'll have a proven track record in leading diverse teams, delivering operational excellence, and adapting to change. You'll be a strong coach and mentor, with an engaging leadership style, and the ability to influence at all levels. You'll be a strong communicator, able to flex your approach depending on your audience.
