We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Adviser to join our team at CHASE. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with enteral feeding requirements, working closely with healthcare professionals to improve care and patient outcomes.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess a strong understanding of enteral feeding procedures. A competitive salary of £35,000 - £42,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in supporting our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing training and clinical support to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals on enteral feeding pumps and procedures.
- Working autonomously to manage caseloads and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Facilitating patient discharges and reducing unnecessary hospital referrals.
Requirements:
- NMC registration as a nurse.
