About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Employee Experience: Drive seamless processes from recruitment to separation
  • Policy Development: Create and implement best-practice guidelines
  • Manager Enablement: Enhance skills and confidence through coaching and support
  • Employee Relations: Provide expert advice on ER matters
  • Recruitment Excellence: Oversee the attraction and retention of top talent
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to employment legislation and internal standards
  • Employee Development: Lead initiatives around training and coaching
  • Communication and Collaboration: Oversee committees and round tables
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification
  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional results
Package Details

Location: Newport City Centre
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday
