Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at Perfect Placement UK Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts, achieving sales volumes and profit objectives, and motivating and developing the parts team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximise profit opportunity in the parts department
- Oversee the effective management of all parts and consumable stocks
- Recruit and manage the parts team
- Maintain standards of performance through coaching and development
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience as a parts manager or inventory control specialist, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
