X1 Lettings is a leading property management company in Liverpool, and we are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Refurbishment Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position, working 9.30am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Job Summary

This role involves coordinating maintenance and refurbishment activities across our portfolio of residential properties. The successful candidate will have experience in property management, a full UK driving licence, and excellent communication skills.

  • Maintenance and refurbishment coordination: Coordinate maintenance and refurbishment activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Property inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas requiring maintenance or refurbishment.
  • Proposal development: Develop comprehensive proposals for refurbishment works, taking into account budget constraints and property condition.
  • Inventory management: Conduct thorough property and contents inventories, identifying any damage or needed repairs.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
