Parking Operations Role at Horizon Parking

Horizon Parking Ltd is a leading provider of car park management services nationwide. Our company culture focuses on having pride in everything we do, making a difference, operating with honesty and integrity, and growing through people, innovation, and ideas.

We've experienced rapid growth due to our business's success, resulting in an increased volume of incoming correspondence, particularly via our telephone help line. We receive approximately 1,000 incoming telephone queries per week and are now building a team dedicated to answering these queries.

This role involves dedicating 35 hours per week to providing exceptional customer service, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive annual salary of £22,000, plus up to £3000 extra per annum performance-related pay scheme, Annual Bonus Scheme, Statutory Sick Pay, and an additional day's holiday for your birthday week.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer outstanding customer service for 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong customer service background – ideally from a call centre environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good verbal and listening communications skills.
  • Basic IT, literacy, and numeracy skills.
  • Pro-active and self-motivated, with a can-do attitude.
