We are seeking an experienced Administrator to provide administrative support for our team in Burton upon Trent, UK.

Job Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the team, handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventories.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage office filing systems and databases.
- Assist with the organization of company events and training sessions.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
