Job Description

As a Sales Administrator at Talk Staff Group Limited, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients across various administrative tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving office environment and contribute to the success of our growing team.

Responsibilities include:
* Responding to client inquiries and managing communications effectively
* Maintaining accurate records of sales enquiries and customer interactions
* Processing sales orders and generating works order documentation as needed
* Updating stock levels via system updates and managing requisitions
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication

The ideal candidate will have:
1. Previous administrative experience, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Proficiency in data entry and working with spreadsheets
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
5. A proactive approach to problem-solving and adapting to changing priorities

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
